Terms of Service
1. The service
GLD Grid Mining is a collection of autonomous smart contracts deployed on a public blockchain, plus a web interface that reads from and writes to those contracts. The interface is provided as a convenience only; the contracts execute exactly as coded, regardless of what this website displays.
2. No custody
You interact with the contracts directly from your own wallet. We never take custody of your keys or funds, and we cannot reverse, pause, or refund your transactions. Deploying ETH to a round is final.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use blockchain-based games of chance in your jurisdiction. By using the interface you represent that this is true.
4. No warranties
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We make no representation that the interface will be available, accurate, or error-free, or that the contracts are free of bugs.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of this interface are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the contracts, including lost deploys, failed transactions, price movements, or smart-contract exploits.
Risk Disclaimer
Experimental software. These contracts may contain undiscovered bugs. Audited or not, any on-chain system can fail.
No financial advice. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice. GLD has no promised value; emission schedules and fee flows are mechanics, not returns.
You can lose all funds. Grid mining is a game of chance. Most deploys lose most of the time. Never deploy more than you can afford to lose entirely.

Jurisdiction Restrictions
Access from certain jurisdictions is restricted based on the country associated with your connection. Where restricted, you are redirected to this page and must not use the interface.
The list of blocked jurisdictions is configured per deployment and may change without notice. It is your responsibility to ensure your use is lawful where you are.
